IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking aBlack Hawk Airworthiness Analystin Huntsville, AL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of systems engineering processes to include requirements management, configuration management, data management, risk management for technical and airworthiness qualification projects.

  • Support Software Integration and qualification efforts within the group

  • Ensure programs follow Systems Engineering processes to include system development and item specifications

  • Assist in the evaluation of helicopter product performance and verification of requirements

  • Support major program technical reviews: Systems Requirements Reviews (SRRs), Systems Functional Reviews (SFRs), Preliminary Design Review (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)

  • Maintain effective communications with supported customers; Provide recurring updates and briefs on technical projects and efforts.

  • Be able to travel <10%

    Education and General experience:

  • Bachelors of Science degree (technical preferred) from an accredited college with 10 years of direct experience or an equivalent amount of relevant experience is required.

  • Experience and understanding of airworthiness qualification of Army aircraft systems

  • Experience and understanding of Army Aviation development programs and program management

  • Technical background in UH-60A/L/M/V helicopter systems, subsystems, and mission kits and their integration aspects

  • A solid background with MEDEVAC operations and equipment

  • Understanding of software processes and integration as it relates to the aviation field

  • Understanding of the Systems Engineering process (Requirements development, decomposition and verification).

  • A strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position.

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
