Huntington Area Transit Authority is hiring SERVICE CENTER CLERK. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Service Center Clerk works under the direction of the Service Center Manager to assist in the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Service Center, including: Providing information to customers about routes and schedules. Selling tickets and passes, making change. Assisting customers with transfers. Assisting the Manager with online supervision of the conduct of other staff. Other duties as assigned. Must have good grammatical and writing skills. Excellent personal hygiene and grooming are a must. Some experience in mass transit operations, either as an employee or as a customer, is highly desirable, but not required.
