Salary: FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. Your Responsibilities: The Plant Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations and is an important member of the Regional Opera-tions leadership team. This leadership position is the key catalyst for site culture and is responsible for establishing a safe and compliant work environment, developing site personnel for career growth, motivating site personnel to measure and achieve business results, proper allocation of resources to key priorities, influencing corporate strategies, decisions, and personnel, and managing operational budgets and capital budgets. Establishes the vision and cultural tone for the site. Engages, empowers, and coaches personnel to meet site objectives, achieve key performance indicators, create operational value, and drive business results (ser-vice, productivity, profitability, safety, etc.). Establishes and deploys the site strategy in coordination with the regional business strategy. Establishes site priorities and properly allocates resources to complete key initiatives Ensures site safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance will all applicable regulations and stand-ards. Ensures adherence to all applicable quality standards and quality management systems Develops organizational plans; coaches and mentors personnel to support their professional growth, create business value, and launch careers Establishes and maintains resource plans to optimize use of available equipment and personnel resources. Influences beyond the site in areas such as strategic planning, decision making, priority setting, and corpo-rate peers. Coordinates activities of the site with corporate stakeholders (planning, customer service, quality assurance, procurement, engineering, etc.) and external parties (customers, suppliers, municipalities, regu-lators, etc.) Establishes and manages site budgets and ongoing spend forecasts (OPEX and CAPEX). Leads site engineering and maintenance staff and supports resolution of technical issues. Prepares reports as needed to ensure compliance to all state and federal laws. Qualifications we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field of study. 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a chemical plant and batch manufacturing environment. Experience managing in a Union Environment is a plus. Proven ability to engage, empower, and motivate employees to drive business results. Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chains. Proven ability to identify drive and implement process improvements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with applicable EPA and OSHA regulations (PSM is a plus). Experience with ISO management systems required. Experience with TS/IATF 16949 and ISO-14001 a plus. 5+ years' experience with an ERP system. SAP strongly preferred. Experience in process automation and digitization a plus.
