POSITION: Medical Health and Services Manager DUTIES: Huntington Hospitalist Group, Inc. requires the services of Medical and Health Services Manager to oversee the operations of our medical facility. Manage day-to-day operations of Huntington Hospitalist Group, Inc. facilities. Direct implementation of patient-care systems at Huntington Hospitalist Group, Inc., including proper intake procedures and computerization of patient data. Review scientific information of various medical procedures in order to write and develop medical literature so that it is easily understood by non-medical staff. Develop and implement department policies relating to staffing, recruitment, retention, and staff training. Gather and analyze patient information for developing efficient systems. Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local laws relating to health and safety.
