We provide medical, dental, behavioral health, eye care services, and community programs to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities will be taught on-site with a trainer, at radiology classes, through online programs to learn to provide: Clinical assisting. Taking radiographs. Maintaining instruments and machinery. Proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments and handpieces. Be current on new requirements for sterilization and maintenance. Inventory supplies. Maintaining stocked dental supplies. Accompany patients to/from waiting area. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Water line maintenance and flushing as needed. Operatory infection control Utilize patient mouth rinse prior to any procedures. Verify patient\'s medications and health history, advise dentist. What we need from you: MA Dental Assisting License, Radiology certification or course that meets MA requirements. We offer a dental assisting training program for motivated candidates. Experience using computer-based systems to input data. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and HCHC policy. You have demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior. You are willing to embrace challenges, and you are comfortable with uncertainty.
