*Responsibilities for this role include: *  

  • Setting up and stocking stations. 
  • Preparing food for service (i.e. prepping items to have behind the line for service or in preparation for banquets). 
  • Knowledge of our lunch and dinner menu. 
  • Working with kitchen staff to prepare menu items and banquet items.
