Financial Controller Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and profitability.

  • Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and analyze financial data to optimize operational efficiency and minimize expenses.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for stakeholders and management.

  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the beverage industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
