Are you a seasoned financial professional looking to make a splash in the beverage industry? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial initiatives at our thriving beverage manufacturing company.
Financial Controller Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and profitability.
Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and analyze financial data to optimize operational efficiency and minimize expenses.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for stakeholders and management.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
