Hiring for Production Lead in HUDSON, WI, US

Pay:- $25/hr., to $35/hr.,

Shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - 10hrs and 12hrs

Job Description

  • As a Production Lead, your role will be to coordinate daily shift activities in your designated area, supporting safety, quality, delivery, and overall goals.

  • You will share responsibility for daily shift activities and may perform some direct labor functions as necessary.

  • Typical duties include printing work orders, assigning tasks to operators, managing efficiencies, tracking employee attendance and scheduled work.

  • You will assist with managing daily accomplishments and activities on the production floor to ensure products are manufactured timely and with quality.

  • You will identify problems and employ problem-solving methodologies to address them.

  • Additionally, you will make strategic decisions to minimize downtime and manage operator work assignments, including breaks and job rotations, based on operator skills. You will also manage the orientation, onboarding, and continuous training of operators.

Work Environment

  • Our company operates in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility. We recently doubled our facility size through an expansion.

  • Our team is friendly and welcoming. As a part of our clean room manufacturing setting, you will be required to adhere to our clean room protocols which include dressing in appropriate clean room attire, and abstaining from wearing any makeup or jewelry.

  • We operate on a rotating shift schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.

  • These are 12-hour shifts either from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

  • This schedule allows for every other weekend off. We offer both day shift and night shift rotations. We also offer direct hire opportunities for this role.
