Yearly salary of $55,000 (before taxes) with a potential to earn extra when working down days and quarterly bonus'!
Route Supervisor Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising the Route Drivers and daily service routes
Provide and facilitate training to all new Route Drivers
Maintain customer accounts and solicit new customers
Support and assist Market Managers in meeting sales goals
Guide the efforts of the Route Sales Team by riding routes (if needed), checking route books and orders for accuracy
Oversee daily settlement of routes in division
Handle incoming customer calls either by telephone or in person
Coach, lead and develop Route Drivers.
Have a highly developed sense of urgency
Demonstrate results in improving business performance through leadership
Must be able to fill in if Route Driver or Loader/Shipper is on vacation
Requirements

Must be able to fill in if Route Driver or Loader/Shipper is on vacation.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle report)
Must be able to pass a background check & DOT Physical
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Supervisor experience and/or Restaurant Management experience (Preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must have strong leadership qualities
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be FLEXIBLE with schedule
