Applied Materials Order Management I - (B1) in Hsinchu, Taiwan

Key Responsibilities

Create under supervision quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer. Dealing with limited volume

Create under supervision and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP

Escalate customer requirements not being met

Handle customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax

  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer parts, return, repair, service requests interaction and processing

  • Quote, part# inquiry, problem parts, pricing issue follow up and update

  • Order management incl. book, bill, tracking, update, change and troubleshoot

  • Entitlement checks

  • Service dispatch

  • Part expedite, fulfillment and delivery coordination

  • Customer escalation follow up and update

  • Multi-regions support for the above scope

輪班說明 :

  • 須彈性配合小夜班及四班二輪兩種班別

小夜班

  • 支付輪班津貼NTD 500 /天

  • 小夜班(下午一點至晚上十點)

四班二輪

  • 支付輪班津貼: 大夜班(每月NTD 15,000),大日班(每月NTD 7,500)

  • 大夜班(晚上七點至隔天上午七點)與大日班(上午七點至當日下午七點)

  • 每一班表十二小時,實際工作時間十小時,休息兩小時

Requirement

  • 中日語輪班人員

  • Bachelor degree in International Business , business administration or foreign language

  • Willing to work 2 days on 2 days off

  • Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Good Communication skill / Team player/ Delicate work skill

  • Excellent telephone communication skills

  • Good communication writing skills in English and Chinese

  • Business knowledge on Import and Export business and international trade business

  • Experience on service/sales order management, Inventory management or relevant

  • 日文檢定N1/ TOEIC 750分以上
