The primary focus will be around the planning and scheduling of work for the team, including hydrant services, sewer, and valve exercising. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for calling for utility mark outs and traffic control, inspecting the crews and performing job observations. Primary Role Plans, schedules, and manage daily field operations in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and all applicable governmental laws and regulations.Key Accountabilities * Plan, schedule, and manage all scheduled and un-scheduled T&D field activities. * Ensure programmed work activities are scheduled and performed in accordance with customer, regulatory, and financial requirements. * Support T&D field supervisors in ensuring crew assignments are supported with inventory, permits, traffic control and other dependencies necessary to ensure successful completion of assignments. * Supervise the implementation of standards, targets, policies, and plans to ensure the continuing and increasing operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. * Ensure that operational integrity (quality, environment, reliability, health, safety, security, etc.) is maintained. * Implement effective reporting processes.
