Adecco is collaborating with a client in their search for a Human Resources Manager. This is full time, direct hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager include but not limited to:

· Strategic Oversight: Lead and oversee all HR functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across all departments.

· Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies and programs, including compensation and benefits schemes, talent management strategies, and robust training and development initiatives.

· Compliance Assurance: Ensure meticulous adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, safeguarding the organization and its employees.

· Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing HR effectiveness through strategic planning and the implementation of innovative practices.

· Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager include but not limited to:

· Experience: A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources

· Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience

· Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

· Certification: SHRM certification is preferred

Our client is offering a comprehensive compensation package including salary in the range of $115,000-145,000 plus benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.
