HIRING FOR A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE IN THE PEARLAND AREA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products on the production line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with assembly line work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products on the production line, following established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
  • Operate machinery and equipment required for assembly line work, such as drills, saws, and welders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning up work areas at the end of each shift.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that products are delivered on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control checks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • AT LEAST 6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR in assembly line work, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience with welding and metal fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
