TX 1960 LLC Sushi Chef in Houston, Texas
Prepares rice, fish, seafood, and condiments for sushi bar. The worker uses knives and rolling mats to preparesushi rolls and sashimi as directed by the kitchen manager. The Sushi Chef is responsible for all sushiproduction in the restaurant. There are limited cleaning duties for the sushi station including ensuring all cuttingboards, mats, and other utensils are clean at the end of service. The sushi chef monitors the lunch and dinnerbuffet to ensure enough food for patrons.
