Expertise the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell IA. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures and material control systems. You are responsible for resolve material related issues due to supply-based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality. You are expected to lead project teams within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining proper inventory to fulfill demand requirements

  • Work with Production Scheduler team to provide support on emergencies orders as well as introduction of new products/PIPO

  • Maintain purchased parts (material/item master) and MRP profiles to ensure the integrity of SAP Production

  • Ensure capacity Modules are fully utilized for Purchased products

  • Prepare and release purchase requisitions, in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions

  • Item PFEP and IOS analysis

  • Track Purchasing activity and measurements

  • Correction of discrepancies with quantity, documentation and quality for orders

  • Adhere to all Honeywell requirements as it regards planning, inventory

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Participate in monthly SIOP review meetings

  • Provide data analysis and escalations

  • Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalations

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years experience with SAP

  • 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain Planning experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

    WE VALUE

  • Experience in manufacturing planning

  • Experience with MRP/ERP Systems

  • Ability to lead process improvement

  • Knowledge in Sigma or Lean

  • Bachelors Degree
