About the role

As the Senior Security Program Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for a client data center security system maintenance program. The ideal candidate will be monitoring the service request queue, identifying aging requests, and coordinating with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor service request ticket queue, identify aging requests, and coordinate with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.

  • Communicate and manage security vendors (integrators) and contractors to drive compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Perform internal audits of security equipment spare inventory.

  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with minimum inventory requirements.

  • Working with physical security and IT systems and other tasks that may develop as the security program evolves.

  • Evaluate new security technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, and performance.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma and five years of related work experience in security or IT systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to every level of the organization.

  • Proven organizational, time management, and decision-making skills are required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBi, and SharePoint required.Data management is a plus.

  • Project or Program Management experience is preferred.
