Job Summary: The Brand Promise Clerk is responsible for maintaining communication between shipping/loading, and manufacturing teams. The BPC will emphasize our “no headaches” promise to our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain effective communication with various departments on load/material status.   * Proactively address any material or delay issues with sales teams. * Resolve problems regarding load completion, driver delays, material delays, etc. * Coordinate load pick up times with transportation and shipping.   * Provide thorough status updates to sales teams and customers as requested. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a shipping or manufacturing environment preferred. * Sales and customer service experience a plus. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure. * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficient computer skills. * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
