Job Description:

The Scheduler will support NASA under the CPSS contract at the Johnson Space Center. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide development and integration of program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

• Provide updates, statuses, and maintenance inputs to the IMS, analyze the performance, produce the top three critical paths, and make recommendations to the NASA Program Manager.

• Perform special runs using program scheduling tools and techniques, inserting “what-if” scenarios to depict impacts on critical paths.

• Perform reviews of the prime contractors' schedules and report findings to NASA program management.

• Conduct health assessments on all assigned schedules ensuring scheduling best practices are being followed.

• Develop, status, report, and document schedules and metrics for program and project management. Provide schedule analysis and assessments and report schedule findings as required.

• Review and analyze prime contractor(s) DRDs for compliance with contractor scheduling DRD requirements.

• Interface with and provide schedule data to external parties as needed.

• Develop analysis of major projects within the program, including the forecasting and identification of issues, and develop recommendations to resolve identified issues.

Experience Requirements:

• Desired 15+ years of experience

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.

• Desired experience using software like Microsoft Project, Acumen Fuse, Milestones Professional, Onepager Professional, and Sharepoint.

• Proven experience as highly motivated self-starter, learner and takes initiative on assignments.

• Willingness to learn new processes, tools and recommend improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
