SAP GRC Lead

As an SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Lead, you will be responsible for hands on implementation and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions for a greenfield S4 HANA implementation for a retail client. Your primary focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and security across SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize GRC processes, controls, and workflows. Additionally, you will assess and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, devising strategies to mitigate them. Your role will involve coordinating GRC audits, assisting with remediation efforts, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and SAP GRC updates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of GRC specialists to ensure effective GRC operations. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP GRC solutions - Complete Design for SoD,Emergency Access, User Access, Global GRC/Security Design - Get Sign off from Business and complete the Build and Test for security/GRC accordingly to project timelines - Complete Testing Activities (config updates, sec updates, etc) - System Customization - Data Migration Protocol - Infrastructure Quality Protocol - Installation of Quality Protocol - Organization Change Management Plan - Monitor and evaluate of GRC controls, identifying areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and security standards. - Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks. - Coordinate GRC audits, liaising with internal and external auditors as required. - Provide training and support to end-users to promote GRC awareness and best practices. - Stay informed about the latest SAP GRC developments and industry trends. - Participate in the development and maintenance of GRC documentation and reporting. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance GRC processes and efficiency

The pay range for this position is estimated at $123,360.00 to $172,704.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
