Kforce Sales Support Coordinator in Houston, Texas

Kforce has a client who is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator here in Houston, Texas (TX).Summary:You will assist the sales team through the entire sales cycle and will play a key role in helping the Commercial Manager's efforts in revenue generating activities. You will build a deep understanding of our processing procedures and the entire sales cycle. You will interact with clients on a daily basis and help drive our efforts for customer excellence.Responsibilities:

  • Process renewals; Oversee and manage renewal pricing and new proposal quotes

  • Help generate all sales documentation (services agreements and legal documentation)

  • Closely monitor expiration, renewals and suspend/termination accounts

  • Lead account planning process

  • Conduct thorough market research on key accounts

  • Assist in contract escalations - liaise with multiple departments to ensure swift implementation of commercial contracts, trials, and service changes

  • Coordinate any market training and manage pertinent market information to sales

  • Aid management with new hire onboarding and manage training schedule and systems access

  • Assist Commercial Managers when they are traveling and help direct customer inquiries to the right department

  • Help coordinate activities that support the Commercial Managers' segment and client growth

  • Build PowerPoints to enhance the customer experience

  • Respond to client inquiries

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics or related field preferred)

  • Highly proficient/expert level in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce.com) and/or research platforms (e.g., Capital IQ) beneficial

  • Work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently; Must have can-do attitude

  • Goal and action oriented, with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, deadline driven environment

  • Strong communication, organization and time-management skills

  • High level of English (verbal and written)
