General Manager - Flavory Food LLC (Houston, TX) Job Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service; Recruit, train, and manage staff; Create schedules and manage labor costs; Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback; Handle disciplinary actions when necessary; Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints; Train staff on customer service standards; Monitor and improve overall customer satisfaction; Manage the restaurant budget and financial goals; Control costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses; Monitor and analyze financial reports; Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies; Minimize waste and control food costs; Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems; Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers; Monitor and analyze sales trends; Collaborate with chefs to develop and update the menu; Ensure that menu items meet quality and cost standards; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; Maintain all necessary licenses and permits; Provide ongoing training to staff on policies, procedures, and new initiatives; Foster a positive and inclusive work environment; Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators; Provide regular updates to senior management; Stay updated on technology trends in the restaurant industry; Implement and optimize technology solutions for efficiency.

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as manager/supervisor within the food service industry. Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team, make decisions under pressure, and handle various aspects of restaurant operations.
