Responsible for overseeing activities of the company’s purchasing card program which include the purchasing card helpdesk, maintaining and troubleshooting the purchasing card portal as well as developing reports to analyze card activity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the purchasing card help desk (phone/email/mail) and ensuring response timeliness and accuracy for company cardholder inquiries

  • Provide internal customer support for the end-to-end purchasing card program which includes customer inquiry ticket monitoring and resolution

  • Manage tasks through the automated purchasing card program request portal and making sure it’s operating effectively and efficiently

  • Troubleshooting purchasing card request portal process and solution for bugs

  • Works with bank provider on industry trends and card program strategic initiatives

  • Develops reports that analyze cardholder data and trends

  • Updates and enforces the purchasing card program policy

  • Creates communications for cardholders and conducts training sessions

  • Assist accounts payable with the virtual card program

  • Assist with developing and distributing various purchasing card program reports

  • Analyze purchase card data to provide opportunities for improvement

  • Assist with developing training guides and FAQ documents

  • Assist with purchasing card approval module processes

  • Assist with cardholder purchase data auditing

  • Assist with special projects as needed

MINIMUM Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Business or a related discipline

Experience

  • Three (3) years of corporate credit card program or customer service experience for medium to large size (2000+ card) programs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Exemplary customer service skills, oral, and written communications

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Advanced technical skills with ability to work in multiple systems

  • Ability to pro-actively collect data and analyze that data to support purchasing card program goals

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple reporting requests in a deadline-driven environment

  • Intermediate analytical and investigative skills
