Job Summary: A production helper plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process by assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production activities. Production helpers keep the production area clean, prepare machinery and equipment for use, work the production line as instructed, and strictly follow safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, components, and finished products. * Inspect products for defects or imperfections during the production process. * Keep the production area clean and organized. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. * Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure a smooth workflow. * Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and skill development. * Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications/Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. * Strong Mathematical skills. * Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects. * Overhead crane experience is a plus. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. * Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team. * Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. * Must be able to tolerate working in warehouse conditions.
