JOB SUMMARY

Currently seeking a motivated Project Manager with product applications, SCADA systems/Industrial Automation Control Systems, and/or Instrumentation Systems experience in a dynamic Rig environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part introducing new industry products!

In this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for tracking, and communicating the project progress, achieving project milestones on time, while ensuring that consistent delivery of expected scope.

As the Project Manager, you will lead collaboration workstreams (define requirements) and conduct stage gates, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet implementation timelines. You will be reporting and presenting to senior leadership with a mix of onsite and telecommuting to various locations. You will be expected to for provide risk analysis on resource conflicts/shortages, and scheduling conflicts with dependent deliverables. In addition, you will leverage AI-driven solutions to optimize project workflows and utilize cloud technologies for scalable, efficient project execution. Major responsibilities include managing scope changes, stakeholder engagement, and priority adjustments for the department and development teams, employing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and CI/CD to streamline project delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5 – 8 years of project management experience in full product life cycle, including AI, cloud-based projects, and various project management methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead mid to large scale equipment controls/automation or instrumentation system projects to successful completion on time and on budget.

  • Experience leading projects involving multiple 3rd party system integrations, process definition, process improvement, business transformation, and AI-driven automation

  • Work effectively with a team and independently.

  • Strong skills in managing expectations and communicate with all levels from Analyst to Executives.

  • Experience with all PM processes, including project scheduling, financial management, issue/risk management, and resource management, with a focus on leveraging AI tools for predictive analytics and employing CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and integration.

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery processes and drive the implementation of AI, cloud-based solutions, and continuous improvement through CI/CD.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Projects, Azure DevOps (ADO), and other cloud-based project management tools and platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Operations Research, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or equivalent formal training or experience.

  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, especially Executive communication, but also to individual client, consulting, subcontractor team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Service delivery experience as a member of a consulting firm or a leading software provider.

  • Negotiating skills across project teams and vendors; coaches others.

  • Ability to resolve team conflicts.

  • Experience with equipment controls.

  • Oil & Gas drilling process/equipment knowledge.

  • Professional Certificates: PMI/PMP, Agile Leadership Network, Agile Alliance, SCRUM Alliance.

  • Knowledge for administration of ADO or Microsoft Project Server.
