Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Greater West Houston and Fort Bend Cty, TX, is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide compassionate and quality care to our senior clients in the Houston Texas area. This individual will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting their safety and well-being, and providing emotional support. Responsibilities: - Providing personal care services such as grooming, bathing, and toileting for senior clients - Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, according to clients' dietary needs - Performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry and tidying up living areas - Providing transportation to and from appointments, errands, and social outings - Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the appropriate medical professionals - Administering medications as prescribed by doctors - Assisting with mobility and exercise to promote physical well-being - Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience as a caregiver or in the healthcare field - CPR and First Aid certification - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer.
