Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all incoming/outgoing mail services; receives, sorts and distributes all mail, packages, and office supplies daily, ensuring that all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for.

  • Ensure timely, efficient, and effective mail sweeps throughout various floors.

  • Prepare all mail and packages properly with correct postage and tracking (where applicable); ensuring all international shipments are properly packaged and shipped to include a commercial invoice.

  • Research all undeliverable or unknown mail recipients.

  • Scan mail for recipients where applicable.

  • Respond to inquiries and customer service requests with professionalism and expediency.

  • Maintain inventory of all necessary supplies.

  • Keeps accurate records/logs of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Perform regular inspections of workspace(s) to identify area/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement, and/or upgrades.

  • Communicate effective and professionally through speech, email, chats, and phone.

  • Provides outstanding customer service at all times, without exception.

  • Provides Conference Center Support by doing tasks such as set up conference rooms per schedule, maintain conference center supply, maintain copy supply level, etc...

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalency required.

  • Working knowledge of mail/distribution basics or office experience equivalent.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to learn new skills quickly.

  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities.

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

  • Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders/customers.

  • Exhibits superior verbal and written customer service skills.

  • Maintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials.

  • Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.

  • Able to lift or move 50lbs or greater at times.
