Job Summary:

Responsible for Change Management, Cost Control, Planning and scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Reporting and Forecasting and Project Administration. Oversee Cost Team on large/complex projects. Develop Cost Reporting and Forecasting systems. Develop Project specific tools. Lead Forecasting effort. Drive the project towards proper change management processes. Support as SME for department. Oversee project forecasts and present to management. Oversee project cash flows. Use industry knowledge to recommend solutions or recover plans for problem areas. Set up project WBS/CBS and Project Chart of Accounts. Oversee Earned Value Management systems. Implement company’s Cost & Progress Tools/Systems. Drive Risk Analysis and mitigation process. Act as Subject Matter Expert to assist department personnel. Interact with Engineering and PMT teams to make sure all changes are captured and processed. Ensure that resource planning is done adequately, and the project is staffed with appropriate and adequate personnel. Proactively manage the schedule; review and use late reports and look ahead reports to achieve same; progress the schedule on an ongoing basis. Understand the project schedule and its relationship to cost and progress . Utilize knowledge of EPC Contract Types (LS, Cost Plus, Reimb., etc.). Responsible for costs that have an impact on the outcome of the project or is needed in the development of a project bid.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related field, plus minimum 4 years of experience in project controls roles in Oil & Gas Offshore/Subsea with exposure to execution including leading a project controls team during project execution; knowledge of budget and relevant CBS implementation; experience with project set-up activities, analyzing and reporting man hours analysis and statistics; enabling schedule reviews and run Critical path analysis; using cost system to manage data, forecast and produce reports; Risk and Opportunity analysis with both qualitative and quantitative assessments and exposure to Montecarlo analysis and relevant output interpretation; utilizing knowledge of EPC Contract Types.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10% international travel required.
