Job Purpose:ii Lead Riggers are required to undertake all rigging and welding works as directed by the Rigging Supervisor.Reporting lines and interactions:Hierarchically reports to:iiiiiiii Rigging SupervisorOperationally reports to:iiiiiiiiRigging SupervisorDirectly supervises:iiiiRiggersJob Scope (budget, management, specific criteria):The Lead Rigger shall undertake rigging operations in accordance with safe working practice.iiiiiiiiiii Manage a small team of Riggersiiiiiiiiiii Shall only use rigging gear (shackles, slings, straps, etc.) which are in good condition and are certified as being iin-datei.
