Description We are in the manufacturing industry located in Houston, Texas, and we are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be working in a lean team environment where you will be handling a variety of responsibilities including managing applications, asset management, and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer applications in a timely and accurate manner

• Conduct endpoint analytics and management to ensure the smooth operation of digital touchpoints

• Utilize Microsoft SCCM to automate most configurations for traditional DTS

• Package apps and push out updates to ensure all systems are up to date

• Perform asset management duties to keep track of all company hardware and software

• Utilize scripting experience to automate various processes and tasks

• Handle various tasks related to windows servers and traditional DTS

• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records. Requirements • Proficient in Computer Hardware

• Experienced with Active Directory

• Familiarity with Configuration Management

• Understanding of Microsoft SCCM

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server

• Ability to create and maintain Automation Scripts

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

• Prior experience in a Desktop Support role in a Manufacturing industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
