Job Purpose:ii The Vessel Chief Pipelay Engineer is responsible for the safe operation and cost effective management of the vessel pipelay systems. He is responsible to ensure the equipment is maintained and certified in accordance with the OEM recommendations and for the standard and testing of modifications to the pipelay system once approved by the technical authorities.
