Job Summary
Job Description
This position provides Sourcing, Contracting and Purchasing support to our Corporate Staffs organizations in the US.
Your responsibilities may include:
Proactively handles assigned suppliers and contracts
Efficiently responds to client requests
Actively collaborates, aligns, and drives business value opportunities with clients
Identifies, develops, and executes sourcing strategies, including RFx events, bid evaluations, supplier / contract negotiations, and post-award contract management
Develops and/or negotiates commercial pricing models (scopes and call-off orders) to control costs and deliver quality products and services
Conducts purchasing activities through the use standardized procurement processes that meet business needs while adhering to corporate standards and mitigating financial and liability risks
Proactively engages clients to understand and align on future programs & plans
Manage all aspects clients’ contracts portfolio, ensuring alignment with clients’ requirements, such as annual renewals, contract renegotiations, and post-award contract management plans
Identifies sourcing strategies
Identifies supplier / product convergence and/or leveraging opportunities
Leads RFx events, collaborate with clients on bid evaluations, and/or designs and executes direct negotiations with selected suppliers
Negotiates contractual and commercial terms and conditions
Understands and adheres to Corp. Supply Chain standard (policy)
Maintain contracts portfolio and conducts all sourcing events in SMART (GEP) P2P tool
Engages with Legal and respective Core-Clause owners to deliver favorable contractual terms & conditions
Processes purchase orders and manages the lifecycle of a purchase order from requisition receipt to supplier payment
Develop expertise in transactional processes and provide system utilization guidance for efficient transactional activities
Basic/Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing and/or a related field
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, related field, or foreign equivalent
3 or more years of experience with Contract Management / R2P Systems (i.e. GEP, SAP, etc.)
3 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Power BI)
Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right
Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
