#LI-SO1 This position oversees product Prime Cost development and analysis and reporting activities for North America operations. Position Responsibilities: Oversee the creation of Prime Costs across multiple legacy financial systems and operating business units. Coordination of the annual standard cost planning process and quarterly cost updates. Calculation and analysis of costs for new products and formula changes. Transfer pricing development between affiliated companies. General ledger activity review, reconciliation, and journal entry submission. Prime Cost variance analysis including material and labor consumption and purchase price variance. Internal and external audit support. Conduct or review the results of established control activities (SOD, SOX, GB Supervision) to ensure conformance with policies and procedures. Effectively balance team workloads and priorities to meet bakery reporting needs, system cutoffs, and the achievement of service level agreements on cost related processes and reporting. Lead or contribute to special project initiatives on an ad-hoc basis. The position works across multiple functions including Bakery Finance teams, R&D, Information Systems, Procurement, General Accounting, Audit & Corporate Finance to complete assigned responsibilities. Requires strong accounting and analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task to perform duties and responsibilities within scheduled time frames with a high degree of accuracy.

Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Accounting / Finance / Business / Information Systems majors. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the. 5+ years accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Oral and written French language proficiency strongly preferred. ERP Manufacturing Module (Oracle or SAP) and Warehouse Management (WMS) experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including high proficiency in Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills. Financial and general accounting knowledge. Time management and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high accountability.
