Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator 2nd Shift in Horseheads, New York

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Associates in Elmira-Corning, NY. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production, inspection, and finishing of medical device implants supplies, including plates, pins, and rods. Your responsibilities will include utilizing gauges for measurement accuracy, conducting visual inspections for quality defects, completing documentation in compliance with FDA requirements, and maintaining general housekeeping of your workstation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lifting up to 25 lbs on a regular basis, potentially up to 50 lbs occasionally

· Participate in production, inspection, and finishing of medical device implants supplies

· Utilize gauges for measurement accuracy

· Conduct visual inspection of parts for quality defects

· Complete documentation in compliance with FDA requirements

· Maintain general housekeeping of workstation

· Standing for the duration of the shift (8-12 hours)

· Are you available to work potential 10-hour days, weekends, or holidays to account for overtime when needed with short notice?

· Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

· Reliable daily transportation to and from work

Temp to Hire

Hours:

· Training required for all on 1st shift for approximately 2-4 weeks: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm (first day arrival time 7:40am)

· 2nd shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm

· 3rd shift schedule: Sunday night to Friday morning, 10pm-6am

Pay Rates:

· 1st shift: $ 17.00/hr

· 2nd shift: $ 17.50/hr

· 3rd shift: $ 17.75/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.75 per hour
