JLG EMEAI is looking for a Digital Technology Business Analyst to support the implementation of the new Cloud based ERP (Cloud Suite Industrial: CSI) for 2 of its manufacturing facility in France and the UK. During the implementation you will support the team with in depth analysis and data mapping, while building up knowledge of the application and the JLG integration with it. At the completion of the project the role will shift to support for CSI and the engineer will be brought up to speed on the rest of the EMEAI application landscape to support.

JOB SUMMARY:

Digital Technology Business Analyst provides ownership and technical leadership for all in-scope application support and maintenance-related activities including Cloud Suite Industrial, Cisco Unified Contact Center, Inform XA, Salesforce and other applications for the EMEAI region. The Digital Technology Business Analyst will be responsible for day to day support and maintenance of an EMEAI wide application landscape utilizing ServiceNOW and ITIL processes. Within the application landscape this position will troubleshoot and fix issues, define and support the implementation of changes and projects.

The Digital Technology Business Analyst will be working with a team of global experts in their application field and with EMEAI based Client system engineers supporting the infrastructure and desktop applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsiblefor day to day support of the key applications within the EMEAI Application landscape utilizing relevant enterprise class management tools.

  • Responsiblefor handling technical escalations, provide timely resolution of problems and engage lead staff asneeded.

  • Performadvancedtroubleshooting techniques to remediate issues that are found within the EMEAI Application environment

  • Maintainstrong relationships with distributed support groups and coordinating support efforts enterprise-wide.

  • Serveasa project resource and contribute to large-scale and limited-scope projects.

  • Responsiblefor cross training and mentoring fellow team members in areas of expertise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Information Systems, ComputerScienceorequivalent.

  • Three (3)or more yearsofIT system/applications support, performing tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving incidents associated with business-critical applications. Ideal candidates have a customer-first mindset, The ability to prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to travel

  • Fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Infor’s Cloud suite Industrial and / or XA9 would be greatly preferred.

  • Relevantindustry recognized certifications (Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) – IT Infrastructure, ITIL Foundation,etc.).

  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word,Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,etc.

  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levelsoftheorganization.

  • Ability toworkin a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skill withexceptional follow throughandattentiontodetail.

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, abletomulti-taskandprioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.

  • Ability toworkin a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.

  • Fluency in French
