TEKsystems Technical Services - Level 1 in Honolulu, Hawaii

We are partnering with a local bank to fill this role. The position requires an on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. If you are interested, please apply, and one of our associates will contact you.

Description: You will provide exceptional telephone and chat customer service and support for the bank’s online and mobile banking services for consumers. Your role will include technical troubleshooting, providing product information, assisting with online enrollment, supporting service utilization, and conducting billing research.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with core conversion-related inquiries (before and after conversion info)

  • Basic account troubleshooting (e.g., password resets)

  • Assist customers with specific product line questions

  • Address access authentication and security issues

  • Processes/procedures for handling requests, new core system navigation, and supporting the registration process online

  • Greet customers over the phone, offer professional assistance, and deliver high-quality service in handling customer requests

  • Answer general product and service questions, providing accurate information quickly and efficiently

  • Assist with various customer requests, including enrollments, logins, transaction history, internal transfers, eStatements, profile updates, secure messaging, and mobile application downloads

  • Resolve customer issues such as enrollment errors, login problems, transaction failures, and unexpected alerts

  • Escalate complaints related to fee disputes, product misunderstandings, and policy disputes according to department procedures

  • Perform off-phone duties such as manual enrollments, auditing enrollments, bill pay exception report clean-up, and following up on action items

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Have any kind of experience in Tier 1 help desk support, including troubleshooting and related tasks

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly research information online

  • Familiarity with general office equipment (telephone, fax & fax servers, copier, printers, etc.)

  • Keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute

Compensation: This position offers a pay range of $20-25 per hour, depending on experience.
