Army Installation Management Command Supervisory Supply Specialist NF-04 in Honolulu, Hawaii

Summary Serves as a Supervisory Supply Specialist in the Warehouse Dept. 2024 Cost of Living Allowance for Honolulu, HI is 8.90%. This position will remain open until filled with a first cutoff date of 06 March 2024 for employment consideration. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered. Responsibilities Responsible for provision of general supply and support services to the operating level activities within DCA and Lodging. Serves as Accountable Officer for NAF property to include management of all NAF fixed assets, buildings, vehicles and expendable property, equipment and supplies. Responsible for program planning, execution and coordination of the supply program. Warehousing duties involve the responsibility for establishing standard procedures, implementation of regulatory policies and operating central warehouse facility for NAF and APF supplies and equipment. Performs the full range of supervisory personnel management duties for lower graded employees. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience of a workforce of 5 or more and perform all necessary personnel functions of supervised staff as determined by company policy and procedures including: performance management, safety training, forklift training, machinery training and ensuring all team members are in compliance with all State & Federal regulations. 2. Demonstrated work experience of managing, receipt, care, accountability and distribution of material. 3. Ability to implement applicable procedural changes (SOPs) within areas of Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations to constantly improve the operation and communication between departments. 4. In depth work experience with inventory control programs. 5. Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft applications 6. Demonstrated work experience managing fixed asset, i.e. building, vehicle, FF&E, supplies etc. including tracking, monitoring and maintenance on a weekly, monthly, annual basis.
