Job Summary: The Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is hiring for full-time Nursing Assistants (NA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our Liliha and Kaneohe facilities. The successful candidate will be a compassionate healthcare professional who will collectively provide excellent client care. Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive competitive wages of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. Other benefits may include vacation and sick days, 401K, medical and dental benefits.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet each Senior’s physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs. - Provide support for daily activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral hygiene, etc. - Observe daily behavior of client and accurately record observations in client’s medical records. - Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nutritionists, and pharmacists, to ensure the highest quality of care and support is provided to clients. - Assist with the administration of medication to seniors as ordered by the physician. - Participate on interdisciplinary care teams.
