Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Associate plays a vital role in supporting the HR operations team with daily functions across Tradewind Group and our family of companies. The HR Associate is responsible for performing routine tasks required to administer and execute HR functions such as assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department functions including but not limited to hiring and recruitment, administering pay, benefits support, and employee programs and events. The HR Associate contributes to the overall success of the organization through effective HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Human Resources certification is a plus.
  • Upon hire, candidate must have reliable personal transportation to facilitate travel to all worksites and other locations as required by the position. This includes a valid drivers license and personal vehicle that is legally registered and insured (as applicable)
