FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - HIRING CNAs - $20 - $22/hr Description of the role: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance to senior clients in the comfort of their own homes. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. It is an individual contributor role that offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in the beautiful city of Honolulu, Hawaii. Responsibilities: * Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to senior clients, including tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. * Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. * Monitor the well-being of clients and promptly report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor. * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. * Ensure the safety of clients by following established care plans and protocols. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and progress. Requirements: * Valid CNA certification in the state of Hawaii. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in home care or long-term care settings. * Compassionate and patient demeanor. * Effective communication skills with seniors, their families, and other healthcare professionals. * Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
