Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dependable Lead Caregiver to join our team. As a Lead Caregiver, you will provide direct care and support to elderly clients in their homes or in a facility setting. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), strong leadership skills, and a dedication to providing the highest level of care to our clients. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Provide direct care and assistance to elderly clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. • Administer medications, following proper protocols and procedures. • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed. • Monitor and document clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. • Communicate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure continuity of care. • Train and supervise other caregivers, providing guidance and support. • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation for clients, as needed. • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. • Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
