Job Description:

  • Data management and analysis: Maintain database, Data mapping & manipulation from input (sales system) to output (reports, KPI)

  • Serve as administrator of database including verifying data accuracy, partnering with IT team for system upgrade and data migration and ensuring new data set ready in system

  • Serve as contact point to support Sales and Marketing team (e.g facilitating access right of system, provide support to sales team in system usage)

  • Manage projects including Sales Target Setting and incentive calculations

  • Provide training for sales team for new applications in system

  • Comply with integrity and compliance standards

Qualifications

Job requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and communicate qualitative and quantitative data analysis

  • Good communication and detail minded

  • Experience in VeevaCRM (iConnect) system management is an advantage but not a must

  • University / Bachelor degree or above,

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong PC skill. Proficient in Excel in data analytics is a must

  • 2 years' working experience

  • Proven analytical background;

  • Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative;

  • Self-starter with high energy and drive; fast paced and results driven; forward thinking;

  • Translate business needs into business opportunities, which can be executed in small steps, and prioritize them according to business value and impact;
