JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the fulfillment of the organization's service delivery agreement for one of CBRE's investment banking clients for their Hong Kong and China Data Center Operations Management. Leading a team of over 15 Data Center Operations Engineer, the Service Delivery Manager is the key person to manage the team operation, client relationship management, service delivery management (KPI/SLA monitoring). A people-oriented leader is required for this role as you will be they key person to support and develop the team of talented engineers.

Other requirements and responsibilities:

-Reviews, interprets and analyzes contract and service agreements to ensure the terms comply with legal, guidelines, contracting principles, cost constraints as well as with corporate and client procedures.

  • Responds to customer inquiries pertaining to modifications of existing contracts and to facilitate all phases of contract management.

  • Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

  • Prior experience in management a team of ICT / Data Center professionals is highly preferred
