Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for stocks/goods arrival handling.

  • Assist on factory liaison, shipment follow-up, logistic arrangement, and internal workflows

  • Handle administrative work on data entry, filing and scanning.

  • Support the team to perform project operation includes but not limit to billing, PO issuance, purchase request checking and handling

  • Communicate with customer on payment and delivery related issues

  • Verify and book vendor’s invoices.

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines will be an advantage.

  • Good communication skill and can work independently

  • Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven

  • Well-versed in MS Office and SAP is an additional advantage

  • Contract period for one year. Flexible schedule during semesters (16-24 hours per week)

  • Working location: Kwun Tong
