Johnson Controls Energy Engineering Manager (Energy Saving/Audit) in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

How you will do it

  • Oversee project management for site activities, including energy audits, retro-commissioning (RCx) projects, carbon management initiatives, and feasibility studies. Prepare project timelines, budgets, and conduct engineering design while supervising site construction.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop plans, schedules, and establish procedures to meet technical specifications and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, managing costs and schedules to achieve target profitability.

  • Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) system to maintain compliance with required standards.

  • Partner with management and branch leaders to formulate strategies for workforce development across the organization.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

What we look forRequired

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical engineering

  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in energy-saving, building energy audit work

  • Experience in Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance, RCx, building energy simulation or green building certification is a plus

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
