Johnson Controls Energy Engineering Manager (Energy Saving/Audit) in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
How you will do it
Oversee project management for site activities, including energy audits, retro-commissioning (RCx) projects, carbon management initiatives, and feasibility studies. Prepare project timelines, budgets, and conduct engineering design while supervising site construction.
Collaborate with clients to develop plans, schedules, and establish procedures to meet technical specifications and ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare budgets and forecasts, managing costs and schedules to achieve target profitability.
Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) system to maintain compliance with required standards.
Partner with management and branch leaders to formulate strategies for workforce development across the organization.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
What we look forRequired
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical engineering
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in energy-saving, building energy audit work
Experience in Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance, RCx, building energy simulation or green building certification is a plus
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
