We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting an Associate Director - Corporate Insurance to join our team in Hong Kong.   • Client management activities including but not limited to day-to-day program management, consultative service and relationship building

  • Coordinate with different BUs for all client management functions

  • Expert knowledge and ensure effective working relationships with different teams in Aon to provide Aon United solutions to the client

  • Prepare documents required for account servicing including but not limited to program design, preparation of invoices, premium payment tracking, particular slips, cover notes, closing instructions, renewal reports and insurance manuals

  • Portfolio profitability accountability and client budget management

  • Comply with Aon systems and protocols

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 8 – 12 years’ experience in account servicing primarily to local SME or mid/large-Corporate clients

  • Team management track record of leading a small to mid-size team

  • Good knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues

  • Sound General Insurance experience (including but not limited to Property & Casualty, Public and Products liability, Motor, Employee Compensation)

  • Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance

  • Bachelors or above in business or related disciplines
