Job Information

Abbott Technical Service Specialist in Hong Kong, China

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out instrument installation

  • Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in the field

  • Carry out reagent application and related troubleshooting

  • Carry out customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Provide telephone support to the customers

  • Complete all required documentation to assure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, service/support procedures and processes

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Knowledge of medical laboratory science is preferred

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred

  • Computer knowledge

  • At least ONE year of relevant experience
