DESCRIPTION OF WORK Responsibilities of this position include the following: Enter all items purchased by the Mechanic Supervisors on the US Bank Active Pay website. Garage Clerk will be responsible for the data entry of all projects 813 items procured in the county. This task is accomplished in accordance with Visa purchasing guidelines. Responsible for preparing and maintaining the daily overtime equalization report and distribute weekly to the Equipment Manager and Mechanic Supervisors. The Garage Clerk will be responsible for screening incoming phone calls to the garage, the creation of various forms and documents using word processing software and handle all typing requests generated by the Equipment Manager. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position may require voluntary overtime and may require overnight travel on occasion. Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
