Job Description

Customer Support:

-Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to identity and access management.

-Provide timely and effective resolution to customerreported problems and incidents.

-Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Enhancements and Development:

-Participate in smallscale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and meet evolving business needs.

-Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring highquality deliverables.

-Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.

Performance Optimization:

-Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization. Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.

-Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.

Connected Applications Integration:

-Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.

-Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.

-Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient IAM environment.

Documentation and Training:

-Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.

-Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and endusers as needed.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years SailPoint experience and the ability to hit the ground running including experience with:

Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint

Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications

Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs

Experience with connector development and customization.

Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.

Proficiency in Java/ Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SailPoint IdentityNow certification (strong pref, please ask for a copy of their current cert)

Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices.
