Tinkham Management Residential Maintenance Worker in Holyoke, Massachusetts

Residential Maintenance Worker The maintenance worker is responsible for turning over vacated apartment and performing work order repairs for tenants. The position is under director of the Property Manager for the Holyoke location. Teh employee will work closely with the Property Manager and Assistant Manager to perform daily tasks, incuding responding to tenant work orders in a timely manner, collaborating with Management and contractors as needed, using hand and power tools, drywall repair, painting, lifting 50-100 lbs. (appliances), plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, appliance installation and repair, basic HVAC maintenance and repair, cleaning and preparation of vacated apartments prior to occupancy, assisting with snow removal operations, and record keeping (maintenance logs, shift reports).
