PUBLIC HOUSING FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY (FSS) PROGRAM COORDINATOR Seeking an energetic, creative, and committed individual to join the Resident Services team who will be responsible for enrollment and case management of HHA?s Public Housing Family Self-SufficiencyProgram participants. Additionally, this person will be tasked with providing supportive services to the residents of state-aided family and elderly/disabled housing communities. This position will work collaboratively with the Homeownership and Financial Education Coordinator and the HCV Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinator and report directly to the Director of Resident Empowerment and Community Programming. Experience and Training: Position calls for strong knowledge, skills, and abilities, as may be gained by at least a high school education or equivalent, or two-to-four-year college with a major in human services, social work, education, counseling and development, administration, or related field. 2-5 years equivalent training or on the job experience strongly considered. General knowledge of or experience in public or affordable housing encouraged. Valid driver?s license and personal vehicle required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidate strongly preferred. The Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinator position is grant funded and dependent on continued funding through HUD.
